The European Commission is due to publish its calculation of the baseline against which the cap on airline emissions will be set. It will go on to establish individual caps for the airlines in 2011 based on the revenue tonne kilometres in 2010

This report follows the methodology the EC will use, as published by the EU directive on the aviation trading scheme, to assess what cap each significant airline will face and estimates their shortfall versus a forecast of baseline emissions
