ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

This section explains our policy for Delivery and Returns of ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS; these are Downloadable items, usually in PDF Format.

Delivery
Many products offered for sale over our Website are deliverable in electronic format. Delivery is free on all such purchases.

Once your transaction has been processed, return to the ‘your account’ section of the website where you will be able to download your selected items. If you are unable to download the publications, please contact us.

We are able to provide a hard (paper) copy of selected products offered for sale at an additional charge. You may choose from A4 or A5 format. Please contact us to arrange this.

Returns
Due to the nature of the Electronic products that we offer for sale on this Website, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If you wish to discuss this policy, please use the contact us section of this Website.

ICAO PUBLICATIONS

This section explains our policy for Delivery of ICAO PUBLICATIONS; these are purchaseable, hard-copy items that require delivery.

Delivery
Delivery of ICAO Publications normally takes between 7-10 days. If after 14 days of placing your order you have still not received your order please get in contact with us and we will check the status of your delivery.

BOOKS & CD's

This section explains our policy for Delivery and Returns of BOOKS AND CD’s; these are Hard Copy items and require delivery.

Delivery
The cost of delivery will be calculated as part of the checkout process, based on three zones (UK, Europe and the Rest of the World).

Once your transaction has been completed, your order will be processed and shipped.

Returns
We understand that you may want to return a purchased item, in the case of Books and CD’s we do accept returns (See Electronic Products Policy for other items). The items must be returned, in their original, resalable, condition within 30 days of receipt. When we have received your return, we will refund your account. Please note, that we are unable to refund delivery costs, nor pay the delivery costs for return of items.

If the item received is different to that ordered, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange return of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct item. This does not apply for items ordered by mistake, by the customer.
